Established in 2019, City MEP’s philosophy is to utilise personnel handpicked for every project. Having built a broad network of draughters with engineering backgrounds across the UK, we coordinate skills and sector knowledge while ensuring everyone has full software compatibility with any project. We also organise quarterly team sessions in person to help our team exchange experiences and learn from each other.

Who we are
With draughting experience dating back to the late 80s, City MEP directors Steve and Andy have grown with the industry, from drawing boards and pens to 2D CAD, 3D modelling, and today’s BIM culture. With backgrounds in lead co-ordination and ventilation packages, we understand the ins and outs of MEP delivery, helping you get the most out of your construction projects.

- Andy Gardener—originally from Essex, started his career in the early 90s.
